The PROFORMA team is comprised of building and business\u00a0professionals, most with 20 or more years experience.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0strength and depth of PROFORMA’s team allows the firm to handle\u00a0projects with great flexibility, moving with vigor to maximize\u00a0attractive opportunities and capitalizing on a broad range of available\u00a0resources.The firm’s leadership has led efforts on well over 100 major\u00a0projects and more than 20 large interiors projects spanning the past\u00a0three decades.\u00a0Of these, more than 50 are in the Northeastern region\u00a0and over 30 have involved significant restoration and renovation.\u00a0Project leadership experience includes master-planning; civic,\u00a0religious, and theater institutions; museums and libraries; academic\u00a0buildings; hotels; office buildings; mixed-use projects; multi-family\u00a0and single-family development projects. While we have practiced\u00a0primarily in New York and the northeastern United States, we have led\u00a0projects in more than 20 states and in 12 foreign countries.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0firm’s leaders follow a long-standing tradition of operating\u00a0collaboratively to achieve consensus.
